of the Township of Pilesgrove, in the County of Salem and State of New Jersey, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH:
Whereas, a certain writ of Fieri Facias lately issued out of the Court of Chancery of the State of New Jersey, to the said Sheriff of said County of Salem, directed and delivered in the following words, to wit:

Be it Remembered, That on this eleventh day of September, A.D. 1909, before me, a Master in Chancery of New Jersey, personally appeared Albert B. Batten, Sheriff of the County of Salem, who I am satisfied is the grantor in the within deed named, and I having first made known to him the contents thereof, he acknowledged that he signed, sealed, and delivered the same as his voluntary act and deed.

SALEM COUNTY, ss.
I, Albert B. Batten, Sheriff of the County of Salem, in the State of New Jersey, do solemnly swear that the land and real estate described in this Deed, made by me to Charles E. Allen,
was by me sold by virtue of a good and subsisting execution, as is therein recited; that the money ordered to be made has not been, to my knowledge or belief, paid or satisfied; that the time and place of the sale of said land and real estate were by me duly advertised as required by law; and that the same was cried off and sold to a bona fide purchaser, for the best price that could be obtained.

Subscribed and sworn to before me, one of the Masters in the Court of Chancery of New Jersey, on this eleventh day of September, A.D. 1909, and I, having examined the deed above mentioned, do approve the same, and order it to be recorded as a good and sufficient conveyance of the land and real estate therein described.

Conveyance of PropertyTogether with the hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging, or in anywise appertaining; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said above-mentioned and described tract of land and premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said Charles E. Allen, his heirs and assigns, forever, as fully and absolutely as the said Albert B. Batten, the said party of the first part, Sheriff as aforesaid, can, may, or ought, by virtue of the said execution and of the statute in such cases made and provided, to grant, bargain, sell, and convey the same.
