McDonald’s had contracted Setmakers to produce all of their whimsical restaurant decor. This Setmakers McDonalds Burger lamp is in 100% original condition. It’s new old stock and works perfectly. Features a metallic Setmakers sticker on the inside of the burger. The Setmakers sticker logo is dated 1980. These lamps are extremely rare. NOS burger lamps have sold previously for over $4,000. The colors are vibrant and the finish is glossy. It’s been handled with love and care. This piece originally belonged to a franchise owner. Throughout his historic career, he owned a total of 14 McDonald’s franchises. These locations were throughout the Midwest. As his business grew so did his collecting obsession. He was constantly buying items from Setmakers for future upgrades to his McDonaldland playgrounds and Birthday Rooms. Eventually he finished with an incredible treasure trove of McDonalds playground items. His final large purchase from Setmakers occurred at the official Setmakers sale in Chicago.
