L & ROVA = LANDROVER, 2019 Virginia Surfrider Foundation \"Keepers Of The Coast\" Aluminum License Plate! Used Condition, but looks good! With all embossed numbers, they do have some marks as does the face.. (see pics for condition) This plate lays flat! The top bolt holes show light wear, the bottom holes are unused! The year sticker and the inspection stickers are in good shape. Has a wave in the shape of the state of Virginia on the face too! This plate is hard to get and the owner paid extra just to have it, making it a real catch! It\'s also more than 3 yrs old, and would be good for the Beach or Rental cottage, barn or cave collections! Priced to sell!
