They are extremely beautiful and great for any fan of medieval times or Renaissance themes, such a unique and antique piece.
Just to clarify you cannot wear them, they are for decor You're supposed to hang them.
I believe they're made of porcelain since they seem delicate. They may look like metal, but I think it's just the paint.
Concerning condition please use photos as reference. In my opinion, I don't see anything to note that's of serious concern. I noticed maybe the inside is dirty and overall because of its age maybe there might be some marks and such.
May have minor scratches not picked up on camera.
