The Story of this book:
It is 1 of only 175 copies printed. This reprint of Batman #1 (2011) was ordered by Warner Bros./DC in 2014 as a gift to their employees in celebration of the first three years of incredible success of the New 52 Batman title.
All 175 books were signed by Greg Capullo (artist) and Scott Snyder (writer) at a celebration party at Warner Bros/DC in late 2014. After signing, all 175 were sent to CGC for authentication and encapsulation.
From CGC, the books were sent back to DC where they were handed out to employees exclusively. These were NEVER available for sale to the public!
Since 2014, these precious few books have been mostly 'in the wind' with only a few ever coming to market. THIS is one of those times.
