It is complete in case and comes with everything seen in the photos; nothing more, nothing less. This is a pre-owned/used item (please see photos for reference as they are of the actual item).Case - Good to very good condition. It does have normal scratches and scuffs but there are no cracks and both door hinges are fully intact and functioning as they should. Rear Artwork - Good condition with no noticeable flaws. Manual - Good to very good condition with some light manual sag (common problem with Saturn/SEGA CD manuals due to their weight and height). Disc - Resurfaced on my professional grade disc resurfacing machine so you can expect the disc to be in excellent condition with little to no wear. Some very light buff marks can be seen (natural part of the disc resurfacing process) but only when the disc is held under a direct light source.
