Returns due to shipping damage:
In the rare circumstance that your item was damaged during the shipping
process, simply contact us for a RMA (return merchandise authorization)
and you can return your item to us in its original state (as received)
for a complete refund within 30 days of purchase. In some cases the
buyer may be held responsible for return shipping costs.
Generally response is left once payment has been received and the item
has shipped out. Please remember to leave positive response for us, once
you have received your item. In some cases response for the buyer may
be delayed due to excessive transactions. We reserve all rights with
respect to response.
Negative response / DSR's:
New policies regarding response and DSR's are punative towards
sellers (both monetarily and through reduced exposure) who do not
receive impeccable DSR's. We adhere to the highest standards of quality
and service possible. A perfect 5 stars in each category is considered
acceptable, while 3-4 stars is considered unacceptable, and 1-2 stars is
considered a punishable failure on the part of the seller. Should you
feel the need to leave negative response or anything less then a perfect
